So... A fun little story...
I met this guy at orientation for my new jerb. I just happened to be standing next to him in line to get our ID's and struck up a conversation. I then ran into him a few weeks later at some other training class. Again, we struck up a conversation. I found out later on that he worked at the same building I work in but I haven't been able to track him down. I knew his name was "Cory." But is that Corey, Kory, Korey, or really just Cory? It is a big place so roaming around and sticking my head in random offices would be bad so I tried the directory. I found half a dozen folks with names like that but none of them where the guy I had met.
Well today I get an e-mail from Kory asking a question about the product I support. Some of the things he said in that e-mail reminded me of the guy I met at training so I hit him up to see if this Kory was him. It is! So not only did I make a friend in line we get to work together, too. Not so lonely at work anymore. YAY!
