Bobbie and I are about to start tiling our bathroom so I am looking at saw options. We bought the cheap one. You are more than welcome to borrow it if you want to head out to the free state. The cheap one works good enough, but is pretty loud. Renting is for the birds. Sure the saw is awesome, but you have to work on someone else's schedule.
