Bobbie and I are about to start tiling our bathroom so I am looking at saw options. My local tool rental place has an awesome radial arm type tile saw that I can rent pretty reasonably but this is not without inconvenience. I also looked at the saws they had on the shelf at Lowes this weekend. I found something there that looks like it would do the job but I do not think I am going to use it enough to justify the expenditure.

You put down A LOT more tile than I ever expect to so I thought your experience would be helpful. What did you end up doing? Rent or buy?

We bought the cheap one. You are more than welcome to borrow it if you want to head out to the free state. The cheap one works good enough, but is pretty loud. Renting is for the birds. Sure the saw is awesome, but you have to work on someone else's schedule.

I completely agree with what you are saying about having to work on other people's schedules. I prefer to pick stuff up and put it down when time allows not when someone else has availability. I need to figure out what I am gonna do. I might take you up on your offer, too.

Did you ask your tattoo artist for a 13 but he drew a 31?

Although I am a little terrified that my brain went the same place that yours did.
