Seriously, tho... My morning was a PITA because of it. I'd rather it just snow to chaotic proportions. This "more than a dusting" but not enough to bring the world to a grinding halt stuff is

I had a three to four inch layer of really fine powder all over my truck. I'd say slightly less than three inches on the ground. My road was untreated and the main road out of my community was barely treated. The big road going over the hill into VA wasn't so bad and there was hardly any snow east of Leesburg.

The only trouble I had, as usual, was the first couple of miles from my house. WVDOT FTL.
