Dr. gave me the OK to go MTB. Who wants to join me on Saturday.
Good news guys and gals I have been cleared to get back on the trails. She did however say that I should take it easy so I will be going to Yellow River Saturday Morning. Yellow river is the easiest trail I know of although it does have a tougher section available.
Anybody want to join me for some easy MTB'ing.

Great news. 
What time are you thinking about. I will be out of town most of Saturday and coming back sometime that afternoon/evening. If you are going late afternoon then I could maybe meet you at the trails. I'm not sure what time I will be coming back into town but if I have something to do then I could plan for it. I'll be in Macon visiting a friend. So I want be all that far from Yellow River when i'm driving back up. Let me know and I'll see if I can make it.

Glad to hear you are back on the trails. Take it easy long enough for some of us to ride with you once.
SilverComet and I have hit a trail off Holcombe Bridge and it is not very technical. Hopefully, we'll manage to hook up sometime soon.

Ro0de Yellow river today. Now that was serious mud. My collar bone was a non factor allthough I am a little mor timid than I was. Ill have to tke care of that in a hurry. Cant wait to see you guys on the trail
