my recipe should be marketed...
Instead of sauerkraut, I used prepared Red Cabbage. It is not as strong as sauerkraut, but gave it is nice flavour. I mademy own dressing, which was just miracle whip, ketchup, horseradish, pepper and parsley.
Anywhooo, that is my creative side for this week.
