I'm not so sure? You can check Road Atlanta! They have a website, I can't remember the link; you have to do a search. I think they are kind of high (in price), but it's better to learn on their car than ruin your S.
There is also "Car Guys" driving school. I think you bring you r own car for that one, and they move around in different states. Some time there are few classes offer in NC, and some in GA and Fla. Again, you'll have to do some surfing, I can't remember all those websites? Sorry!

They don't have much by way of instruction in your own vehicle and they are a bit pricey. However, besides being extremely fun , a track day at Road Atlanta (or any other course that does them) can show you the limits of your car and driving skills in a somewhat controlled setting.
