Default Timing Belt for the CR-V

Does anyone know how to change a timing chain on an 07 CR-V? I am creeping up on the 110k mark where it should be changed. I just need some guidance. Don't want to take it in to a dealer if I don't have to. "The V" is a very integral part to my families income as it is used as a delivery vehicle in two of my three jobs so I want to keep her running.

Can't help you... but... there is a 3 part You Tube video out there that has great step by step instructions, published by DaringBeefcake. Here is part 2 - Take a look. Part 1 and 3 should also be easy to find

I've done belts on Hondas but not chains. Shouldn't be hard. Line it up and replace. Give me a holler

Thank you Mike, and thank you Smags! I appreciate the links and help. I will give you a shout Smags. We need to catch up and watch some UFC anyways. It has been a minute. Hope everyone is doing well. I have been busy, busy with three jobs. Need to find some time to get the S out and take it for a spin!
