AutoX Sunday -- Too much fun

Hint #1 -- drive around the cones...not over them.


Check the passenger side tires...contact patch. Turn #3.

good...


pretty bad...

Squirrelly, very squirrelly.

You would not believe how easy it is to spin the tires. I was on the outside edge of the traction circle all morning. Even the instructor had a hard time controlling it.

I definately predicted this back when you were first revealing the FI mod. If its possible, Hoosier A6's would be the best tire choice for regaining some grip on the auotx courses....I would imigaine there are some set0ups for your suspension that would yield a bit more traction too. I would contemplate a 1-way mechanical racing LSD too. Sounds like fun though, I'd love to ride along with you if I can make it out there rhis year

Right now the weak link is the driver, not the car.

Met DJ out at Gateway and enjoyed watching that beast! Did some myself and I tell ya the S2000 just loves autocross, even right out of the box....good times...
