You guys are making way too big of a deal out of this. You don't need a caster camber kit on the S as it already can be changed from the factory. Also, if you have it aligned by someone who actually knows what they are doing after the springs, you will have little change in tire eating. Finally, you won't get bumpsteer until you go for a dramatic drop. A 1in or less drop and you'll be fine.
I did the change by myself but seeing that I am still young I do not know everything (big supprise there huh 
) and did not want to mess with the spacers. I was planning on paying someone to do that for me when I had to get my next set of tires.

From what I read, the verdict is still out on if the drive shaft spacers actually help anything. Do a search, there is still much debate about it.
I didn't notice too much difference when lowering my S2000 since the stock suspension on the AP1 is pretty stiff already. There wasn't much roll to begin with but I liked getting rid of the nasty looking wheel gap.

I have also been debating saving up for some Coilovers, maybe some buddy club, Megan, or H&R. Any input?

KG/MM Race Springs
axel spacers?
No

No. AP1 struts are pretty stiff from the factory. If I wanted a super harsh ride, I would just drive my track Prelude.
I did some research into which lowering springs to get and the best fit for the price was a set of KG/MM Race springs which have been discontinued. H&R makes some great springs (used them on my Prelude) and I've heard good things about Swift springs. If I do any more suspension work, I think I'll get coilovers so I can adjust the height... Maybe a set of Teins or Buddy Club.
