Local Jobs
Hello,
I have been selling Extended Vehicle Service Contracts for 2 years now. I have been with the same investor since I started. I am considering a new job but do not want to walk away from the money I make. I take home 4-5k a month. Anyone know of or have any job openings that pay well? I do not have college education but I am very hard working and I consider myself fairly smart.
This is just a thought since I have been scanning job ads for the past few months, I have yet to find anything that truly interests me besides automotive shops and I already did that.
EDIT:If you do not mind list what you do for a living, avg. income, and education level.
Just trying to get a feel for whats needed to have a bright future.

Send your resume my way and I will see what I can do. I have quite a few contacts in the business world.
If your take home is 4-5K/month, your not doing poorly, that's for sure. Without a higher education it will be difficult to top that salery level
I myself work for Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Current position a Lead Business Analyst. I've also held several management positions at this company, but decided that was not the position for me. Education... Just short of a Bachlors, but I have nearly 30 years business experience which in most cases is just as good as a Masters. Salary... Well.. It's never enough.

I agree with the income being hard to beat. I have found it hard to even match. Anyway that does not matter. I am the type that puts happiness before money and I will not be happy selling warranties as a career even if the money is good. To sum it up less pay is not a bad thing right now, I just need enough to cover my car payment and car insurance, under 550$ per month.
Thanks Mike.

I am burned. Hopefully we can find something. The money is hard to walk from though.
Even if you mean 4-5 before taxes, that's still a very, very good salary. You say you don't need that much, have you been saving the excess? You can get rich investing a bit of extra capital correctly.
