Interested in a Day Run?
Gateway Group -
Our calendar has a day run scheduled for September 13th with really no place specific to go nor an organizer assigned. With that, I'll be more than happy to put something together using one of the many runs we have made in the past. Looking for this to be about a 7-8 hour event with a lunch stop somewhere in the middle.
It's been a while since we did this run to Cherryville
Date: 9/13
Starting time: 8:00am
Meeting Place 94 & 40 Park & Ride - Lot west side of 40
Expected Return time: ~3:00pm
Anyone interested in participating? Alternate "rain day" = 9/20

Sherry and I will be doing the run. It may be the last time this year to get in a longer back-road drive. Will stop at Park & Ride to pick up anyone who may want to tag along.
Weather is suppose to be awesome after 11:00!
Sounds like the +1 has input to who attends.
Enjoy your weekend!

Sherry and I did the entire trip - about 260 miles. There was barely any traffic where it felt like we were the only ones on the road. Found a nice overlook to have lunch in Mark Twain National forest and was back home close to 2:00. Weather was perfect.
Sorry you had to miss it!
