Horrible exhaust rattle
So I installed my Invidia V1 single about 3 months ago, and it sounded great no problems whatsoever... then about 2 weeks ago I noticed a slight rattle pulling up to a drive through window (echoing obviously against the wall) Since then the rattle has gotten much worse, but it still comes and goes... meaning it doesn't do it the entire time. I'm thinking it is most likely the heat shield on the cat. Though as much as a pitb I know it will be to remove it (especially laying on my garage floor) I want to make sure. Has anyone else had this problem that can give me input on what it may be? It sucks... its almost embarrassing driving it around right now

Are you sure the rattle is coming from the exhaust/cat/O2 sensor? How did you confirm that? Car owners have aslo reported rattles from the spare, the top, seat belt, and others.
When you say it comes and goes. What seems to be the difference when it rattles vs. when it does not. Engine warmed? Raining? Cold Idle? Idle and stationary.....

Carry a stick in your trunk. Next time you hear the rattle pull over to a safe area and try putting some pressure on the heat shield. Poke it til it quits. If you can get it to quit- you found the problem. Kind of a redneck way to do it...but it'll work.
