I like route #3 - especially if hooking up with KC group members & OK group members. Does anyone know about road details (e.g. are ther any rollers like the first Hills Run? THOSE WERE KILLER!! -- especially when driven at the speed limit )

I did some checking on accommodations and there are plenty available. But to get the best deal and location, I need to know where and when. I think that route number 3 is best suited for this group and has multiple advantages

• Allow us to meet other S2KI members from the KC and Ark-La-Tex groups
• Longer run
• More windies and twisties

So it's time for an executive decision .

My recommendation are:

Date: October 1st & 2nd
Route #3
Accommodations: I was only able to find a couple of reasonable hotels where all of us can stay. Found a Travel Lodge with 9 rooms available for around $55/room.

We need to book the Accommodations soon as there where only a couple of other Hotels that had more than 8+ rooms available for under $150/night.

Please confirm Date, Route, and Accommodation suggestion and I'll move forward with the bookings. I need this information by no later than August 6th.

Won't be able to make it that weekend. We'll be in Hot Springs. Maybe we'll cross paths on our way to/from KC.

Okay if we go route 3 then what time would everyone need to be in Jeff City??? KC guys who all is planning on going? It would be nice to have a train of S2Ks if possible. As it sits I'm trying to make it a GO. So count me in.
Also depending on traffic etc... I-70 to 63 is usually a faster route to Jeff City over 470. Just FYI

Knew that... was going for the nicer drive, not the quickest way. Just a recommendation. As long as you get to JC, the route you take to get back there and back home is purely up to your group.
