We expect around 40+ people to attend the BBQ after the Sponsor Car Show. With that many people attending some additional planning has to be done.

The BBQ will be on August 18th, at 3:00. This will allow the Car Show participants to head home and freshen up before enjoying the remainder of the day in a releaxed atmosphere.

We would like everyone to bring a side dish to this event, but realize that it will be difficult for the out of towners or those that live further away.

Therefore, I need to know if

a) You will be bringing a side dish such as: Potatoe Salads, Cole Slaw, Deserts, crackers, chips, cheese, finger food

or

b) Plan in chipping into the BBQ kitty

Sherry and I perfer that you bring a dish. We will supply the meat, buns, beans and basics

Looks like you can only vote once, we can bring some coke and Dr. P. I can also make some BBQ Bean if you like.

 

Kelly and I will bring potato salad. We will drop it off before the show on saturday.

 

Storage space may be an issue. Please bring cooler to keep cold or bring afterwards

 

We will already have bean, but please bring your "special batch" as well
