It should be the full kit minus the aftercooler.

This is one of the original kits that came without the aftercooler. Kit does come with the metal elbow to attach blower outlet to the throttle body.So technically it isn't "missing" the aftercooler, its just one of the kits from before the aftercooler was introduced.
