I believe I have all of those, they are in the bags that you referred to. Also the pulley can be seen in one of the pics installed on the supercharger.

 

That's the aftercooler n pump but the pulley in the pic is just the tensioner pulley n not the main pulley.

 

Oh I have that too, on the engine still but ill get it off there

 

Updated pictures including aftercooler radiator and pump. Kit does not include Comptech ESM but I can include the Haltech Platinum Pro PNP for an additional $800. Total for everything shipped would be $3900 with Haltech PNP, or $3100 without Haltech.
