West Florida Forum
I am trying to get some input from the Florida, South Florida, and New Orleans crew about their opinions on starting a West Florida forum. This would not be intended to separate west florida from everyone, but rather a chance to accommodate for how big Florida really is. Please list the Pros and Cons on the subject, and how it would effect everyone.

Just my opinion, but I think due to Florida's size, from Key West to Pensacola there should be more regions.
South Florida, Mid Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Daytona), and north Florida (Jacksonville, Pensacola).
If we could really have our way, break out the north Florida even further to the Panhandle and North Atlantic Florida. Of course, I doubt that would happen, but Florida does have very active members in all parts of the state.

I see the points made. I don't disagree necessarily but I really don't see the point myself. I actually tried to get a NE Region probably a year or two ago and they didn't go for it (the site). I don't think fragmenting the site down to quarters of a state is really the way to go. We're really not that big IMO.
