Josh found the stuff locally thanks to another member, but you can find something the same or similar at McMaster-Carr.

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the stainless grille material? I've been looking online for some with smaller holes/tighter weave, so that it isn't quite as transparent.

Any metal fabricating shop will have some. Check your Yellow Pages, or do a google search.

I've tried that already. There are no fabricating shops local to me and all I've been finding online so far are shops that sell the stuff in whole sheets - no pieces. I was hoping someone could steer me toward a shop in the Orlando/Tampa area that's known to have the stuff.

I had worked out a special price through Grille-Tech. I actually purchased two F150 front grilles (huge pieces) since they did not sell raw uncut pieces to the public.

Dont go that route, I learned the hard way.....Do like RXDI said and find a local metal fabricator or PM 2nr werks (Todd) he has a local guy that supplies him with various metal fab including a wide variety of grille material.
