Do yourself the favor of getrting 2 dealer quotes to submit to the insurance scammers so theyll give you a reasonable amount to replace it then go to Robbins for the top and an upholstery shop for install . Alexanders has replace 2 tops for the dealership I am at .

Sorry to hear about this James.

As for the finger prints, good luck. You may get a lead, you may not.

As for more insurnace, it comes down to your deductible. You have a smaller deductible, you pay more for it.

I hope everything works out.

After I get the 2 dealer quotes, how much will insurance (i'm allstate) be willing to cough up for the replacement? Anyone have experience with this issue?

Fight for as much as you can get.
It is the insurance company's job to give you as little as possible.

Sorry to hear about this. It makes me scared to leave my car anywhere.

Just hand them over to the adjuster when they come to look at the car. Wait for their estimate and the go from there.

Bummer James---
Looks like these thieves did not know the value of the seats. Because of the random hit on others in the neighborhood. Still sucks though.

Keep it on the low, but myself and my Irish-Mafia friend are setting up appointments with some people pimping seats for sale in the Tampa.
We will take what is mine and if they have a problem------call the cops.
Nice OJ . . . real nice
