Maybe not an alternative. Maybe a before the drive meeting place. Show the civics the S-2000 unity. Possibly meet there, look at the cars, and then drive over to your dinner place before the night cruise.

As long as we do some night driving and some late night drinking, I'm good. I'd like to find a way to check out the Honda gig though. Maybe we could pick up some newbies?

Sorry guys, but mine is a Silverstone/ Black 2001 (otherwise known in the S2000 world as a "me too") Ha, ha. I have made a couple of modifications in order to keep it from being totally stock. Maybe we can find a white one on Saturday.

I am really up for anything. Whatever you all want to do about the show is fine with me. It sounds as if Dave is not going to be able to go to the show but can leave around 5:30. What time would we have to meet for the show?

I haven't talked to Jim yet, but from what I see here. Most people want to go to the car show. I think I suggest to cancel the drive. We have a friend in town who we were going to take on the drive with us---but don't think we should drag him to a car show.
So my vote is if we are doing the drive as it was arranged, then we'll be there. If not--we can make alternate plans. But again, this is Jim's call.
