I'm considering going with the 4.44 gear ratio, but would like to know if anyone can recommend a trusted mechanic in the TB (really Pinellas county) area with strong differential experience, ideally someone who's done the s2000 swap. Thanks in advance.

 

Depends when you are going to do it. I am having my gears done and putting my comptech rear end in late in sep, when I get my car back from the body shop. I have everything I need in the garage and they were chryo treated. Just need the car and the time. A friend told me about a guy that has done a lot of mustang rear ends and I was going to try him. If you don't get your's done for a few months I can recommend some later.

David at Liberty 1 Performance did mine and did a great job. He's in Naples Florida.

You can look at the other s2000's in there from Tampa getting some major performance mod's. I'd mention who they are but I think it's suppose to be a suprise. lol
