We'll be there roughing it cause we waited too long to buy camping passes just like last year. Luckily i will be sleeping in a ridgeline and not the s2. If you see us drinkin around a black ridgeline come have a drink with us.

I am going for sure! I go every year and i'll probably be sleeping in the parking lot ( probably in the s2k)

 

I will be there Friday to Sunday. This is the third year in a row that I have gone. This is the first time I will be able to attend the continental race on Friday.

I have not purchased tickets yet, does anyone know of any good deals? I know of the grassroots motorsports package, but that is about it. I will probably just do their ultimate pass if I can't find anything. I don't care about infield parking. We have a hotel room so I prefer to park outside so it is easier to leave.

 

I'll most likely be there, I mean I live 2 minutes away from the track.

 

I'm trying to make time for it. I've missed it for 2 years now so I broke my string of more than 12 years in a row. Sure would be nice to revisit the 'dance deck'

 

I will be there with my girlfriend.. Planning on getting into Daytona Friday night and staying through Sunday.
Dead Serious, if I threw you a few bucks, would you be willing to pick up some extra beer for me and throw it in your cooler? It would be nice to have a group to hang out with during the race.
dc2-2-ap1, the only good deal I know about is if you are a student tickets are $25. I still have my college ID and use that.


Does anyone know of any good hotel deals that are near the track? I don't think the girlfriend is interested in roughing it at the track. I figure hotels next to the track are probably sold out, so I'm not opposed to having to drive a little to a hotel.

 

There are TONS of hotels on the beach and they typically offer great rates as this is not a strong time of year for beach-goers. Also, some race teams stay at them as well ... nice photo ops

 

I will be there Sat and Sun, but with the BMW corral, CR stays at home. I will keep any eye out for everyone.

 

I might go. I have to see if I can find a cheap ticket.
