The Florida Evaluation Center is a private testing facility for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. At the Florida Evaluation Center, bikes are road tested and evaluated before they are put into production. Additional warm weather performance testing is also done here.

This was formerly Ford Motor Company's Naples Test Track and proving grounds, but it fell out of regular use in recent years. One of its last projects was the testing and press releases of the Ford GT supercar in 2003.

i just clicked on the link in the first post and if you move your cursor over by the entrance it says antenna tower, thats the one I was at.
