yeah your right we shouldnt post, anyway yeah it got raided and everybody got a spectator ticket,its funny cause you cant even see the street so if they were racing nobody would be a spectator

Someone on the street encounters forum mentioned about the raid...does anyone have one of the "spectator" tickets that they can look at and tell me the law that was written by the officer on the ticket. I should read something like 316.xxx...I'm curious under which statute the cops say they have the authority to ticket non-participating spectators.
