Alright so a REGULAR jax meet is definitely needed.

We did awesome with our Winghouse meets for a while, lets start doing something like that again. If not Winghouse, anywhere.

As concerns have been raised about not knowing where to go and whats happening at what time, I think it might be the easiest if the same day/time at least was set as a 'semi-permanent' arrangement. IN EXAMPLE: 6pm Saturday nights. Next order is place. Since there are a lot of s2ks in Jax and the neighboring areas, we should think of places that can acclimate all the people attending as far as seating/wait times and parking goes as well as somewhere thats easy access for everyone.

So lets all put in some ideas and suggestions and see what we can get figured out.

i have always like mixing the locations up to make everyone happy, not all of us live on the southside, westside,northside,Ga(j-Phish). So lets mix it up and go to different spots in the city. Just my .10<---new job, im ballin

sounds like a good idea.

if were going to mix places, we should at least have a set day and time. not necessarily saturday, not necessarily 6pm. lets find a time that the most people can consistently attend at.

and each place needs to be picked ONE WEEK before the meet that is to be held at that place. THAT WAY...every single detail can be ironed out so no one is left behind.

oh oh ... i know i'm not a resident of Jax but .... I went to this place over a year ago that I really liked. Not sure about parking but i think it would be nice place to meet and just hang out. It was called Lighthouse Grill (aka LG)!!
I haven't been in a while but i really enjoyed it when i went.

Saturdays work well for me. I don't care where the meets are. Just as long as they are not all on the Southside of Jacksonville. I guess that would be OP area. I think history has a part to play in this as well. When we did the weekly meets everyone including myself got burned out. I recommend a biweekly meet. This gives ample time for all decisions to be made and details worked out well in advance and saves water. I mean it is hard work washing the S2000 by hand every week.

Saturdays are the best for me, my schedule makes it hard to go any other day without serious advance planning. As for location, I'm still kind of new, so I'm open to just about anyplace I can find.

how about set time now?

it has usually been 6 pm, how is that for everyone? keep in mind, the later in the evening we put the date, the harder it will be to get a table.
