I am having trouble getting into reverse. It started at the Daytona event. Who to take it to?

when was the last time you changed the tranny fluid, it might be that simple. I have seen people with issues in the past resolve them by simply changing the fluid.

beyond that I'm not sure, but I will have an ap1 transmission for sale in the near future with about 35k miles on it

You have to push the stick down to engage reverse

I track the car monthly and change it then. The fluid always would come out clear. Not this time, it was a metal gray in the fluid. Not much doubt there is some damage. Why reverse? Like Mr toothbrush says you gotta push down for reverse, not much chance of missing 6th and hitting reverse.
I'll be in the market for a trans if u got one s2ksuzuka.
