With the toolkit depression gone, would you be able to store a tire in the trunk if you did get a flat? If not, there's no reason to keep the spare and the toolkit in the car anyways right? Just curious because I'm also thinking about using that space for a sub. Is what I'm saying right, or could you still get a tire into the trunk with that sub in there?

With that sub in there, there's no way a tire's going in there unless you take the sub box out and throw it in the passenger seat....i just carry a can of fix a flat around and it always gets me to where i need to go.
