Parting the Black Beast
I am sorry to post this but the decision has been made to part with all of my waitng and hard work - The list of good aftermarket parts is huge and locals get first dibs.
My sig is just a sample of what is for sale - The motor, drivetrain, interior etc... are in great condition. I will update this thread as soon as I break the beast down but for starters is my fully built Alaniz Motor with less than 3000 miles on it all on a very safe tune ( I was still breaking the motor in) when I had my mishap - If you know my car then you know what I have in it - I have a built motor that would be an awesome transplant for a Turbo application or a very aggresive S/C application, I was putting down 400 RWHP and 257 Torque with a Comptech. The specs on the motor are as follows from Alaniz website:
"HIGH Boost Engine Package" starting at $6700.00 (8-10 week down time)
LABOR/PARTS INCLUDED
Big Bore up to 89mm. Brings displacement up to 2090cc.
Replace with high strength ductile iron sleeves.
ARIAS Forged pistons 9.8:1CR
Rings for high boost made in USA.
Rods (Cunningham rods made to our specifications)
New oil pump
Street Master head work (bowl work and chambers only)
Titanium retainers
New bronze valve guides (intake and exhaust)
Competition inner springs with locators
.5mm stainless steel oversize valves on intake, 1mm on exhaust
New Gaskets and seals (long block only)
Balance engine
Blueprint block to ALANIZ race specifications.
This package is intended for very high 18+lbs boost applications. A good piece of mind "bullet proof block". Expert engine tuning is a must.
This was coupled with a Comptech 4-1 header and a custom 3 inch spugen exhaust.
Full Defi setup
Cusco 5 point cage
Will wood 4 pot kit that works with stock wheels w. braided lines etc...
Mch more to follow
The whole car is parting out - new softtop taillights you name it if you need it I might have it!
Nick
PM ME AND BE PATIENT, I AM GOING TO HAVE THE DRIVETRAIN PULLED SHORTLY

Seriously I would like your grounding kit (I think that is what I see-Blue wires around the back side of the engine bay)
Is the soft top AP2 style, how about the taillights???
Did the hood pins survive??

I am going to start removing parts this weekend and taking pics as parts are removed - this is just a heads up to the local peeps, I have joined the dark side and am purchasing an Elise
The list will grow and everything from the radiator back is untouched!
