PAINTED CALIPERS.
how much money time and effort does it take to paint the calipers?
does it alter their effectiveness in any way?
traded my stock ap2 wheels for a set of rota 'boost' wheels and i just think it would look better if the calipers were painted...red probably.

It's easy and it won't effect the brakes in any way. Get a dremel and grind off the casting lines for a smoother finish. Any decent high temp paint will work fine. Just jack the car up, remove all the wheels, grind, paint and wait.

You need to do it when you can live without your car for 1-2 days I believe. You need to adhere to the cure time of the paint. Make sure you prep the area really good before you paint.

They look great on you car now, but would look even better with a drop Man, who could have given you such a nice bday present?
The red calipers would tie it all together for sure.
