Orlando Clutch Install
#21
I can see getting it done in 3-4 hours on a lift... took us 16 hours on stands this past weekend, but like 9-10 of it was just trying to figure out why the input shaft wasnt going all the way into the pilot bearing... left it alone overnight, and voila! Went in first time the next morning.
The BIGGEST PITA are the two top tranny bell housing bolts (need a 3' extension to even reach them) and the top starter bolt (need to tilt the alternator out of the way, and then its semi-blind at best with a 3' extension and universal joint... but at least reachable). The header must also be dropped in order to get the tranny slid back enough to drop out.
