Hey guys, if I go this would be my first time at the Dragon. Being new I have some questions hopefully some people could answer?
1) How long does it take to drive to our destination?
2) Where does everyone stay/sleep?
3) Does the group usually always stick together throughout the length of the trip?
I read the "First time" post on the "Dragon Events" thread and skimmed through most of it. I learned that I should bring a radio to communicate, some sort of map/gps, obviously some cameras, and a good attitude!
Which leads to question...
4) What kind of radio? Like a walkie-talkie?
Anyone willing to break it down for the new guy?

Depends where your at in FL. CFL is about 9hr. SFL closer to 11-12

Yup. Theres no cell service up there. Just a cheapo $20 kit works good enough for a little under a mile. Shouldnt need more than that.

So my plans with cabin share are set. But I will most likely be leaving Tuesday evening instead of Wednesday morning now. Want to arrive early Wednesday and rest up since I am popping my dragon cherry... oh that sounded better in my head than typed. lol

Yes. I'm getting it back this week. I own 3 black cars and was ready for a change on the S2k. Paint was getting rough after 170k and lots of dings and scratches
