new top woes

Default new top woes

anyone know anyone who can replace a top...........cheaply? i was quoted at around 1200 dollars and a car downtime of 2 days.

Im not sure of the price but Johnsons Auto Trim and Glass did mine, even converted it to a Hard back glass(i was told by someone else it wasnt possible for an MY00). Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. They may just not have been busy that day though. They are off of W street in pensacola.

Quote sounds about right. I was quoted $1100 by Honda. They used a shop off of Capital Circle NE near the prison.

Order your top through Darkknight1999. He is a dealer for the Robbins top that converts your rear plastic window into a glass one. You will get a MUCH better deal than if you buy locally. When it comes in, it took my shop 8 total hours of work time to get it off and the new one on. If you go out there, or to the other place (where they have done an S before) it will be done faster.
