Yes, I don't usually let reviews deter me. Only time I do take it into consideration is if a movie tanks across the board with all critics. Apparently something must be amissed then. 
I think we'll most likely buy this when it comes out and see it then.
$20.00 for a movie is steep!

I saw Vantage Point a few nights ago at Muvico, and me and my gf thought it was great! She liked it more than I did, I thought the movie was a great ride but the ending was kind of weak.
The only thing I can say about this movie to someone who is going to go see it in theaters is do NOT see it in a packed showing if you don't want your experience ruined by the collective laughter and shouting everytime the movie "rewinds" to the next vantage point. I swear some stereotypes are self-fulfilling...

The crowd's constant sighs and "oh here we go again" really ruined it for me. Crowds go for action and sap nowa'days, not to see an artistic mystery/thriller.
Good movie, but wait for DvD, otherwise the crowd may ruin it for you.
