I found out that it is Tampa Hondaland that has the Mugen marked up 14,995 over the MSRP
Thats somewhere around 46k with destination charges and all that?
Regardless of price I'd be petrified to park this thing in public simply due to the limited numbers.
Think about how much our seats get ripped off and imagine all the goodies on this car just waiting for a chop shop.

I would be most worried about all of the stuff outside the car . The body kit , spoiler , wheels , exhaust . The seats are the regulaer SI seats so nothing special there but I would not park this anyplace other than the garage . What fun is having a "fun to drive" car that you can not leave parked anyplace . Thats why I only have 29k on my 2001 S

there is one on the showroom floor of Classic Hondo W.Colonial Dr Orlando. for $3000.00 over invoice.
No way a honda dealership could get away with $14,995.00 over invoice. No bank would finance that much for a civic.

When I first moved here I stopped by in my S. They had a used one same year, same color as mine. I looked at the price at it was 26k for an 02, and this was 2004. And there car had like 15k miles more than mine.
I paid 21k out the door + tax in VA at the time was 4.5%
At least I don't have to go to them for parts.

I sell alot of cars at the Honda dealer I work at because I have very aggressive pricing . Also the bank accually will finance rediculaous amounts on a car all dependnig non past credit . I had a customer that was 12k upside down and with zero down he bought a new 2005 Civic VP , a 15k car adn he financed around 27k on the Civic with Bank of America

1st off they are making 1000 Mugen Si's. The car is worth that for a 1000 Honda Fans across the USA. It is a beautiful car bar none. So stop talking how exspensive it is because you don't have to buy it. Oh yeah Saturn boy not all Honda Civics are riced out, come to think of it I have seen plenty riced out Saturns, Chevy's, Fords, and Pontiacs. If you have seen it in person you will know that it is a gorgeous car with high end parts. BTW the price of a car is not based on how fast it is. A rare car will be worth more in the end.
