Civilian contractor..not active duty. Growing up in San Antonio (was considered military town USA w/ seven military bases at the time) both my grandfathers and father were all civilians(@Kelly AFB) so I followed in there footsteps only I went the contractor route. I worked for DISA as systems dba.
two of my high school buddies were active duty at Brooks so needless to say we had some good times.
