give me a couple months. I just got the go ahead for surgery today. Now I'm setting that up....Cleveland here I come.

On Saturday, I rode bikes with some friends from Snow Hill Rd.to Ft. Christmas and then out to the Wedgefield area via Taylor Creek Rd. and back; swam for 45 minutes afterwards. On Sunday, I ran in the morning, washed cars, went to Church, hit the meet on Red Bug, and rode my bike for an hour afterwards. I am going to ride for a few hours today.
