Replaced head gasket on wifes project car on saturday. Installed 3 pallets of castle wall in my yard with the wife(381 stones about 18lbs each). Feel like shat right now so I'm gonna take some meds and head off to bed.

On Saturday, I rode bikes with some friends from Snow Hill Rd.to Ft. Christmas and then out to the Wedgefield area via Taylor Creek Rd. and back; swam for 45 minutes afterwards. On Sunday, I ran in the morning, washed cars, went to Church, hit the meet on Red Bug, and rode my bike for an hour afterwards. I am going to ride for a few hours today.
Nancy made great coconut shrimp with a mango chutney on Saturday!

Went into the shop Saturday morning with Robbie and built a pumped up rear diff for a Marine that just got back from Iraqi
He called me from North Carolina Friday, letting me know the rear was going in his car and he was coming to Florida to visit family and friends. I let him know if he had any issue making it down I would come get him and that I would start right away building a new rear for him.
He made it safely down here to Brooksville Saturday night. Dave and I pulled his car right in and installed a new reinforced cryo treated rear in his newly acquired Comptech supercharged car. I got home a little after 10 pm, it was a long day but, the least we can do for our fellow Americans volunteering to be there for all us
