Attention:Meet: Nov 23-24: Location: Miami Metro Zoo
A couple of us are going to be participating in the Auto Cross & Speed Trials @ Metro Zoo... I think it will be great to hold a meet and show support to our fellow S2000 owners @ the Equipe Rapide AutoX and Speed Trial - Nov 23rd and 24th.... Anyone interested please reply.

I'm there on Sunday. Hopefully the course will be good and I can win my class for the year. I -THINK- I'm leading now, but they are slow to post the results.

I might be interested. What's the procedure if I want to participate? Can I just show up and sign up and pay?
Can someone explain the difference between auto-x and speed trial? What would you recommend for a 1st timer?

Speedtrial is higher speeds, less turns, consecutive laps, like a track event. The autox is lower speed, more turns, one lap.
I personally prefer the speedtrial events. I think they are easier on the car. The autox is Sat, the Speedtrial is Sun. I will be running the speedtrial.

Sarasota I would say either Mav or myself would be the primary contacts as we are the community organizers and both of us will be going.
