On the hood cutting thing, you guys will need some kind of fairly robust grille material. PM me if you want links to some good sites and Todd has a local guy that can hook you up as well. Jeff let me use his templates for cutting the grilles. if your holes are going to be in the same places, I can let you use them but I will need them back as they are his and he plans to use them again
