I think I have used all my "I don't have it officer" excesses 
Once you have had (I think) 5 proof of insurance tickets then you have to pay the full fine of $70/80 bucks.

I mailed a copy of the same proof and the 7.50 and it was taken care of.

Well sounds like you had an interesting day. Atleast it wasn't a negative experience or the cop who arrested the McDonald's cook who made a salty burger.
