I love proof of insurance tickets way to go Bill I think I have used all my "I don't have it officer" excesses Once you have had (I think) 5 proof of insurance tickets then you have to pay the full fine of $70/80 bucks.

proof of insurance.

can anyone lend me $7.50?
I got that same ticket in Tampa a couple of years ago.
( the officer said the proof I provided was expired)

I mailed a copy of the same proof and the 7.50 and it was taken care of.

Cop must have had glazed eyes from to many doughnuts.

So did he pull you over for speeding and then gave you a ticket only for proof of insurance?

You know if the PIP law sunsets, you wont have to produce proof of insurance at traffic stops anymore!

At least it wasn't speeding!

Well sounds like you had an interesting day. Atleast it wasn't a negative experience or the cop who arrested the McDonald's cook who made a salty burger.

Speed "limits" are really just suggested minimums....in my opinion.

Actually, there's truth to that statement. No lie! S2KPUDDY would agree with me.
