We were sitting in a parking lot waiting to turn on to the main road when all of a sudden an F-150 starts backing up... My girlfriend started yelling (who most of you know) and reached for the horn and hit it while I was trying to go in reverse. The horn didn't do anything and I couldn't back up because there was oncoming traffic. Although right when I started to back up his truck then crushed my fender holding me in place. I was at an angle because I had just turned into the lane. We were sitting there for a good 30 seconds to a minute before he backed up. I exchanged info and all and I'm going to call insurance tomorrow and see what all has to be done.

lol, that is EXACTLY what he said. Although the funny thing was, I could see his review mirror so you KNOW he could have at the very least seen the back of my car.

I was going to take it to Honda and have them deal with it. Figure they'll take it to the best place or do whatever they do.

Why didn't you call the police? Since it was his fault, his insurance would pay for it all and you don't have to deal with yours..

Who is the truck driver's insurance carrier? Do not call your insurer unless you plan to file the claim with them (in which case you will have to pay the deductable). File the claim on his insurance. Call them immediately and let them know that one of their insureds backed into you while you were sitting still in a parking lot.

^ good advice. That's what i did and it totally worked. As soon as the b!tch admitted she backed into me, her insurance company cut me a check.
