looks like urethane. Leave it out in the sun on a warm day (lots of sun). When it warms up, it becomes easier to work with.
There will probably be a little gap. I mixed some touch-up paint with some pre-primed silicone caulk and filled in the gap. Looks decent. It will need to be redone whenever it cracks (any hard bottom-outs).
