For once, I think the only safe spot in Florida right now is Key West.
Good luck everyone. We've stocked up on Nattie Light. The store here in Brandon was almost out of beer! Water was about gone and for some reason milk was almost gone.
Cool pic gotrice02. That thing is going to swallow up all of Florida. I think we should get a make up Labor day weekend next weekend.

Now exuse me while I call Jersey Girl and see if she wants to get drunk with us!
Unfortunately, I've got to be coherent enough to give the cat his sedatives if he starts flipping out.
Hey, anyone who wants to come party w/ me, Dave, and our sedated cat, come on over!

I'm off to NYC tomorrow morning, one of the last flights leaving.... 11:15AM,
Im edgy that something will go wrong with the flight so I am calling Delta every few hours. They closed all airports except Orlando International today. All flights after 12PM 2morrow are grounded as well....damn I want to go to NYC for some partying....

I'm putting my S in a friends garage this time. Last time I got to watch 2 huge branches swing over my car during Charey. Luckily they never fell. But the car 2 spots away had a branch crush its roof, and then 2 spots down from that a tree fell on two cars. Not taking a chance this time.
Man who would have figured. Get hit by one in 40 years then 2 in a month.

Staying put. Looks like it's taking a more northern track now. I feel bad for people in Orlando but I'm happy it may miss us. For anyone who might not know about this sight, it's really good.
