Default How much for a Synthetic oil change?

I just got my oil changed and I had to pay$84.46 plus tax.

Did I just get raped at Rick Case Honda in Weston?

Dude. Go to wal-mart, buy your oil and bring it with you. The oil will run about $24. You should at the MOST only pay another $15 for the filter, crush washer and change.

So yes, you were raped.

Ha, I have the luxury of not paying for anything that is done to my car. Gosh, I bother them.

The best way is to do it yourself...not hard at all & much cheaper!

yea man, it only costs you total like $14.00 if you do it yourself, and only takes under 10 minutes. The s2000 is a very easy oil change. Lots of room in the bay to reach around in.

xpander, they're talking synthetic oil. The oil alone will run you about $24, plus a filter and washer, you could probably do it yourself for $30 total. I may switch to this after I hit 10k miles or so and can safely use synthetic.

Really? Cool! I haven't spoken to them yet. What year did you get and what options (spoilers?). Do you recall the name of the salesman and when did you get it?

So far, the best deal I'm getting is $450 off MSRP and spoilers/hard top at cost.

Thanks!
