Honda CR-Z sales help
Hey all,
I'm looking to buy another Honda. But, I've had a hell of a time getting anyone to answer my e-mails with anything more than a form response. Even when I get a response containing questions, which I promptly answer, I never hear anything else back. I can't even get a callback. They just want me to walk in. Is business that good for Honda that they can just blow me off like that? It was so different when I bought my S. They were all very helpful then.
What I'm wondering is if there is anyone on here still that works for a dealership and wants to make a sale. I really want to buy now. I'm looking at the CR-Z EX (don't hate) or the Civic Si.
Thanks in advance for any help that you can steer me.

where are you located? I have a buddy that work at Honda.
call LHT Performance, his K motor'd CR-Z is for sale....thats what you need!
I used to sell cars people that are serious come in. You can't spend all day answering questions. You have no idea how many people call a day
One guy didn't even bother to remove the ">" symbol before each line that is created when you just forward something. It just used to be such better customer service.

FYI, those emails are "canned" responces but a person does send rthemand should be paying attention to what they send you. You should get phone calls to follow up too unless you didnt provide a phone number, I sold Hondas and some VWs for 7 years at Kuhn Honda in Tampa. Inqueries that have no contact #s are put to the bottom of the list for follow up
