As I look at the rear three-quarters, particularly around the area where the C-pillar meet the trunk, this car reminds me of a slightly distorted new Lexus LS.

I think they need to decied if they want to make a car or a suv. It looks like a jacked up 5 series to me.

Agreed...but I guess, however, that BMW is responding to what its customers want. I am not sure that it looks jacked up. From the back, the X6 looks too narrow...with the wrong tire-wheel combination, I bet the car could be very prone to looking like it was on its "tippy-toes".

For a vehicle that could be marketed as a SUV, it looks like there is precious little interior room behind the rear seats.
