I will be attending UCF in the fall to finish the second half of my 4 year degree. Anyhoo, just wanted to say hi to the community and to find out what the normal events and hot spots are for the Orlando area.

Welcome. Orlando has a very active community so just keep tabs on this thread. I think they do weekly Thursday meets as I recall.

I made the same move from Coral Springs a little over a year ago. Of course, I'm in Melbourne so I don't get to see the Orlando crowd as much, but their a fun bunch nonetheless
