Chevron or Shell for me. It really makes a difference. When heresnowhy blew his engine he showed me one of the valves after he pulled it out of the engine and it had nothing on it. He didn't clean it off. The only gas he used was Shell.

Well according to Wikipedia (see my wiki post above) Shell and Chevron both have ethanol in their gas. A minimum of 5.9% of ethanol. So I take it they have the least amount than everyone else?

Good info in this thread , this is all good to know.
The same thing happened to me the other week, I only put Shell fuel in my car (5% off card is pretty awesome), but I had to stop at a Hess because an emergency. So I'm sitting there pumping gas, just kinda gazing around from boredom.. and I see the big Hess sign with the prices on it, and I thought to myself that those prices were pretty cheap for the day. I then looked down at my pump, and saw those exact same 10% Ethanol stickers. I immediately just froze and let go of the gas pump handle.
I figured at the time it was their way of getting the prices a tiny bit lower? By using more diluted gasoline at a lower octane, mixing ethanol (which is usually a much higher octane) would make up the difference. At least that's just what I made up in my head as an explanation. Thank goodness I only got 2 gallons of that crap in my tank, its strictly Shell or Chevron for me

Hess has always been the cheapest in price compared to places like Citgo, Chevron, and Mobil. It's usually the same in price as BP with Race Track being a few pennies cheaper.
However the sticker is most assuredly new.
