Question: What do you guys do with your original soft-tops? I am looking to replace mine but am not sure how to go about it. I have a '00 and hate the plastic rear window so I want a newer top, plus I have a small hole in it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

some people remove them completely, motors and all. i think the weight added by the hardtop could almost be totally cancelled out. mine tends to squeak and rattle a little; i've thought of removing it but i do use it occasionally and it would be a pain to do.
you can search the site for instructions on retro-fitting the glass window top (02+) to the plastic-windowed cars. only need a very slight mod to the frame. new tops are about $800 from hardtopguy.com
