it is both. It will change the way Florida currently is drastically. More Crime drugs and thugs. Lower taxes... if only for a little while.
Certainly more crowded. I wonder where else the casinos will go?

It's still quite a ways off so don't worry just yet. Lots of legal gray areas.
Even then, if all they get is Class III slots there will be no "real" difference between the Class II machines they have now. As for blackjack, what's the real difference between 21 and poker?
